Still here

Yes, I know, it's been too long since my last post.
Thing is, a lot has been happening in my life, that got in the way of even going on-line, let along posting on my blog. There have been personal problems, which I'm not going to bore you with, but they've taken up a lot of my time and energy.
On a good note: this week I'm going away, to be with my daughter when she gives birth to my grandson. I'm very excited and happy about that, as you can imagine.
The next couple of days will be used to prepare for the journey: last minute shopping and packing, for a long journey and a stay of over a month.
I hope to blog soon again, but I'm not promising anything.

    1. My biggest gripe is that the kids and grandkids are so far away. The flight itself is over a day, all across the world, so you can imagine the costs. Still: it's worth every minute and every cent.

  2. Have a safe trip and enjoy every moment. Best wishes to you and your daughter and prayers for a safe, relatively pain free delivery.

    1. Oh, I know. Somehow I'm even more excited about becoming a grandma (once again) than I ever was about becoming a mum.

  5. Happy to see you.
Please tell us all about the grandbaby.
Then I have an excuse to talk a lot about the grandson a few weeks later.
